- Finish my internship get a letter recommendation from my supervisor and get paid.
- Do well in career class be on time , come to every single class.

Goals for this year:
- JOB: Get a job at Starbucks, by end of the summer
- be on time for school and do my homework by the first day of school
-being organized
- I want to make a whole dinner by end of summer.
-play soccer

Goals for next year:
- CAR, save up enough for a car by July 2015 with tiffany
- to be fit and healthy the start of summer: I want to regularly drink at least one glass of water each day. Eat more vegetables and fruit.

goals-now: one of my goals for now is to learn more about photography and setting up pictures. another goal is to enter highschool and football doing well.

goals-future: some of my future goals are graduating freshman year with good grades and once done with highschool a few years from now go to a college.

Throughout my summer internship at Brewer Philips, I hope to gain more knowledge. My goal in life isn't  to be a cosmetologist. However, I'm hoping to get a taste, of what a cosmetologist actually does. Also, what fields would require a cosmetologist. At Brewer Philips, I've seen the atmosphere, people work with. Brewer Philips, is an actual hair salon, located in Fourth street in San Rafael. It's a very spacious place. In the front, they have rows of chairs. with a front desk, that  makes sure you get  treated well. Then you have two rows of working areas for the employees. As you go further down, you will find the place where they wash peoples hair. Further down, you have the kitchen and across there's two bathrooms. At the far end, you'll find the washing machines and where they prepare the chemicals for ones hair. They all seem to get along and have a normal life style. However, it's not as easy as it seems. They have to always be making critical analysis. They have to guess, what their customer would like. Sometimes, you get people, who came from other salons. That's something that, made me admire them for. Mostly because, the person is already blue and their hair is already destroyed. Its nice to see them treat the customers nice. Especially seeing the customer leave happy.honestly, I enjoyed every second I was  there. It was certainly a learning factor.
I can't wait to return on Saturday!

Goals: One of my short- term goals is to finish my internship successfully and complete everything I need to do this summer. Another short-term goal is to finish my last year in high school.  I want to graduate with good grades. One of my long-term goals is to go to college, although I still don't know what career I want to get.

Habits: Try to stay positive. I try avoiding stress. I always try for my will to overcome my laziness.

Allies: My two allies are my mom and my sister. I know I can always ask them for help.

          I want to be admitted into one of my top choices of college.

         I want to be able to visit other parts of the world.

         I am respectful and tolerant of other people. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt.

        I want to communicate more effectively. I don't check my email very often, so I nee to do that in order to be a good communicator.

        Mr Davison, he helped me get my internship and helped me through the entire process.

        I would like to have an ally that is wiser then I am and would be able to advise me in things I haven't done before.

My goal right now is to improve my communication skills, and be able to communicate with my boss/teachers more efficiently as well as improve my confidence.

My future goal is to attend college after I graduate from high school.

As of now, I have a bad habit of being shy and poorly communicating.

A future habit I would like to have for this upcoming school year is to complete and turn in all of my homework on time.

Allies I have right now is my supervisor Mrs. Horton, and the other people doing the same internship as me.

Allies I will have in the future are my coworkers, and boss.
