Example of using one of the Work Readiness Skills in a positive way that supported my success: I was tolerant and respectful when we are told to do things like run extra drills, to not moan like others or somewhat argue with the coach.


What I learned from my example: that the coach's look at you for more positive things


Example of a Work Readiness Skill Weakness that held me back this week.  Explain what needs to change or what you need to do differently. i do not communicate well, i get in arguements and stuff with people very easily because of bad communication, like not always talking nice to other people
