Skill for success: I'm hard working, i helped little girls use a sewing machine.
When people ask me for help id do my best. I listen when im being spoken to.
Skill that is holding me back: i do not communicate well sometimes. When im on break i get distracted and end up taking too long .
What i learned: i learned that i need to be more dedicated and on time.
I think your skill for success is very important. Some people don't have that so it's really good that you do.

ReplyDeleteI also had a difficult time communicating with the people I worked with the first few weeks. It's one of the most important skills to have when you have a job.
ReplyDeleteI struggle with communication as well. I'm not sure what form of communication you have been struggling with but in my internship I fail to respond to emails quickly enough. If that is the case, try checking your email when you arrive, before lunch, and before you leave. It has worked for me.
